I'm here to break that cycle. My journey in the fitness industry spans more than a decade, from working the front desk at gyms to personal training and eventually managing multiple health clubs. I've seen every excuse, every struggle, and every breakthrough. More importantly, I've learned what works, and what doesn't. Training has been my constant for over 20 years and as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM, I combine real-world experience with proven science to get results. Today, I balance running Mind and Matter Fitness, being a competitive bodybuilder, working full time as a locomotive engineer and most importantly, being a parent. Balancing these roles has taught me that discipline isn't optional, it's essential.
